OBJECTIVE
This is a Wooden Pencil awarded project for the D&AD New Bloods competition.
Penguin Publishing was searching for a way to connect better with teens and tweens who couldn't find themselves to pick up a book. From having a plethora of options to not being able to connect to white authors of older stories from class assignments, these youngsters were reading less and less.
Introducing Turn, the "Tinder" app for books. Students can swipe left and right on books they're interested in, keep track of books they have read and haven't read, discover upcoming events from Penguin, and stay on top of assignments in "Student" mode.
