Make Monster Moves

When Monster Jobs and CareerBuilder launched MonsterCareers, a job site for Gen Z, we focused on one truth: Gen Z just wants a workplace where their personalities and interests can shine -- especially post-college. I co-created and directed a vibrant, collage-style world inspired by vision/collage making boards, keeping it fast, playful, and fully in tune with MonsterCareers’ new Gen Z-focused branding. From designing and manipulating stock imagery/videos to directing animations, I shaped every visual element to make a spot that captivates on both TV and social. Phew!
